1. The platform

Kapad Market is a listing and discovery platform for the fabric and yarn trade. We connect buyers and sellers but are not a party to any transaction between them.

2. Listings

You are responsible for the accuracy of the listings you post. Misleading, illegal, counterfeit or spam listings may be removed and your account suspended.

3. Fees

Posting is free during your trial period; continued posting requires a membership. Buyers pay a per-listing fee to unlock seller contact details. All fees are collected via UPI and are non-refundable once a contact is unlocked or a membership is activated, except where required by law.

4. Deals between members

All negotiations, payments, quality checks, logistics and disputes for the actual goods are strictly between the buyer and seller. Kapad Market takes no commission and bears no liability for the goods, payment or conduct of any member.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, scrape data, or harass other members. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
